ERP System Developed for an Educational
Institute ICA
This ERP System is made to smoothen the Centralized
Administration System for any organization, which
has many Branches/Franchisees at different places.
This system helps the organization to formulate/develop
and to operate the policies made by them from
time to time, as well as to provide much better
communication (MIS) and control over the entire
organization from a central point (HO).
This ERP System has two parts:
i) The HO part (Web Based)
ii) The Center Part (Desktop)
ICAERP (The HO part)
HO(Head Office), can set the
norms/prerequisites/policies/goals/targets etc.,
which the Branches/Franchisees need to work
with. The Branches/Franchisees have hardly any
scope to alter these things.
Now the Branches/Franchisees
will obtain that information from the desktop
version of this system. After that they will
proceed with their work accordingly.
At the end of the day/next day/…
the Branches/Franchisees will send these information
(the detail of the working) to HO with the Software
(Desktop) and this will get stored at the central
Server at the HO.
Now HO can
obtain any Reports and make any type of analysis
(MIS) they need in this regard.
ICAEXAM (The center part)
The EXAM software is made
to manage the entire examination system (starting
from strategy formulation, question preparation,
exam conduction, marks management, certificate
management and many more) from a central point,
i.e. Head Office.
The entire software has two
parts, i.e. Head Office or Administrative level
and Center level.
As the institute has many
centers at different locations, the center level
software will help to conduct exam in each center
and the admin level software will keep all the
master records of the exam system as well as
the records of each individual center to build
a centralized system.
The admin section will create and maintain some
of the masters in the head office and each center
will download all those required information
from the HO through the center level software
to conduct examination in the subsequent center.
In regular basis each center
will upload the center level records to head
office using the center level software.
From the technical aspect
the center level software is a desktop application,
which follows a centralized database system
and the admin level is a web-based application.
Though it is an online
examination system, but the entire system has
not been made web based, because during the
exam there is always a high probability of Internet
failure.
